Program: Healthy Start Services

Summary: The Father and Child Resource Center promotes engagement or re-engagement of fathers and their children, whether they are fathers of newborns, fathers divorced/separated from their children’s mother, or incarcerated males. The program educates teen parents about the responsibilities of parenting, as well as offering individual/small group counseling and support.
