Program: Continuity of Care (Bridge to Continuity)

Summary: The Bridge to Continuity program helps to maintain continuity of care in early learning child care settings for children from low income families that no longer meet the “purpose for care” eligibility requirements. The Bridge Program allows the children to remain in the child care setting for an additional 90 days, increasing the likelihood that the family will be able to resolve their eligibility issues or become self-sufficient.
